I had a fantastic experience with dealers cottage car sales. From the moment I walked into the office I was welcome. I had no where to park my car I arrived, the sales person immediately took the car keys and parked the car in a safe and convenient place. I was polite, pleasant and caring.

Very relaxed and hassle free transaction. They were good enough to reserve the car for me so that I could travel down from Wakefield to view it. Very helpful and transaction done trouble free. Cannot recommend them highly enough. Genuine people who put customers first. Vehicle of excellent quality and condition just as advertised, no exaggerated claims. I would not hesitate to buy from this garage again. 5 Star.
Friendly but beware!

Friendly staff, friendly welcome and a good experience... until I took possession of my chosen vehicle. Three times inside the first six months I had the vehicle in for repair at independent garages and now a total of five times in the space of a year. The old adage you get what you pay for has certainly proved true in this case; but when one lays out a few thousand pounds for a car you'd expect it to run reasonably well considering it has only done four and a half thousand miles in twelve months. So although they are friendly I wouldn't buy from them again and I regret now not making any formal complaint when I should have. There are plenty of other car dealers out there so do what I didn't do and think twice before parting with your money.
